Shipping

What are the shipping options available?

  • Self Collection at Logistic Center
    Our collection hours is Monday - Saturday: 8.30 am - 5 pm (SGT), and we are close on Sunday.

  • By Air Freight Shipping
    Upon checkout, the freight cost will be calculated based on the destination provided.

  • By Ocean Freight Shipping
    The term of sea shipment will be EX-WORK. Buyer may arrange forwarder for the collection of items at our logistic center. Due to some of the products are overweight, they would be shipped by sea shipping service. If you have any question, please contact us or email us news@afhydro.com for more inquiry.

Can I self-collect the items or arrange my own forwarder?

  • Yes. When checking out the items in the shopping cart, please select self-collect. Our team will send you an email with the packing list once the items are ready.

My order is super urgent, can you help?

  • We understand that you will need the items urgently. Same-day shipment is available on most orders received in our warehouse, Monday through Friday (Singapore Time UTC+08:00), excluding public holidays. Orders received outside of the times specified above, will ship on the following normal business day.

Logistic Centre

What are the operating hours for the logistic centre?

  • Our logistics center now operates from Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.00pm, Saturday from 8.30am to 11.00am (Singapore Time UTC+08:00). We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

I have a product that need technical support to check if AF Hydro has its equivalent. How can I get help?

Payment

What payment method do you accept?

  • AF Hydro accepts the following payment methods: PayPal and credit cards Viso or MasterCard.

How do I make payement here?

  1. Add the items and quantity to your bag.

  2. Check with your bag on the top right menu bar to view your item.

  3. Select the shipping country to check the shipping cost for your order.

  4. Please note that AF Hydro does not collect or charge sales tax / VAT outside of Singapore. Customers are responsible for paying all applicable VAT charges.

  5. Click "Checkout".

  6. Double check with your shipping details, Delivery Method, and Payment Method.

  7. Click "Place Order".

Warranty & Returning

What are the warranty conditions of AF Hydro?

  • We are liable as follows for defects of the delivery item, to the exclusion of further claims:

    • Defects are to be notified in writing immediately. In the event of justified, immediate notice of defects we are entitled to our choice to remedy the defect or supply a replacement. Replaced parts will become our property.

    • In the event of supplying a replacement, our liability is limited to the costs of the replacement item only. These are only paid where they occur in Singapore.

    • No claims for alleged faults shall be accepted in the event of unsuitable or improper use of the goods delivered, incorrect assembly or operation by the customer or third parties, normal wear and tear, damage as a result of erroneous or negligent treatment, improper maintenance, the use of incorrect operating materials, improper storage or any other circumstances for which the customer or third parties are responsible.

Do you provide return and refund service?

  • Returns are normally accepted when completed within 60 days from the date of customer received the shipment.

    • This does not include items identified as "NCNR", "Non-Cancelable/Non-Returnable", "Non-Standard Products" or governed by a Purchase Agreement Letter.

    • Only products originally shipped from AF Hydro will be returned to AF Hydro. All others will be promptly disposed of or returned to the customer at the customer's cost.

    • By a Customer returning products to AF Hydro, the Customer certifies that the products were purchased from AF Hydro and there has been no substitution in whole or part of the same product from another supplier, distributor, or another such source of the product.

    • All returns should be in the original packaging or well packed and in unused condition (except defective).

    • We will not accept COD shipments, customers should take responsibility for the return freight charges

    • Some products may require that they are returned directly to the manufacturer.
